Henrik Fryland

Henrik Fryland currently serves as Vice President of Shared Services at Chubb, specializing in Global Actuarial and Risk Systems, where responsibilities include establishing a PMO group dedicated to major projects and quality assurance in catastrophe, geospatial, and commercial insurance workflow systems. Prior to this role, Henrik was involved in various positions at ACE Insurance, including as an Independent Consultant supporting global enterprise projects, and as Assistant Vice President directing strategic programs for Global Actuarial & Risk Systems. Earlier career experiences include management roles at SAP, IDP, Kemper Insurance, and CNA, encompassing projects in communication strategies, insurance solutions implementation, and claims automation. Henrik holds a dual BA/MBA degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University-Camden.
