Huong Tran

Huong Tran is an experienced professional in total rewards management and compensation strategies, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Chubb. Prior roles include Total Rewards Lead for Global MADJV at Cargill, Head of Total Rewards at the National University of Singapore, and various positions at bp, including Performance and Rewards in London and Reward Lead for Singapore and the Eastern Hemisphere. Huong Tran has also completed a postgraduate degree in Compensation and Benefits from World at Work.
