Kyle Hoffman is a seasoned professional in the insurance and insurtech industries with extensive experience in customer success, program management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Program Lead at Chubb since August 2021, Kyle previously held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Success at Convr, Vice President of Customer Engagement at Goji, and Vice President of Customer Success at Insureon. Kyle's expertise encompasses managing account relations, service delivery, and implementing strategic improvements to drive customer satisfaction and retention. With a background in underwriting and product analysis at Allstate and Liberty Mutual, Kyle possesses a strong foundation in risk management and quantitative analysis.
