Head of North America Complex Claims at Chubb

Megan Watt is the current Head of North America Complex Claims at Chubb. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Claims Officer for Everest National Insurance Company from January 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they led a team of claims and operations professionals supporting multiple product lines including: Casualty, Environmental, Property & Casualty Specialty Lines as well as the Professional & Management Liability business and Specialty Insurance Group specializing in comprehensive insurance products and services for the Sports & Leisure industry.

Before their time at Everest, Megan served as the Global Claims Officer, Complex Casualty Claims for AIG Property Casualty from October 2000 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global casualty claim operation and developing best practices for handling complex casualty claims.

Megan has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and is a respected leader in the field. Megan is passionate about helping their team members grow and develop their skills so that they can provide the best possible service to Chubb's clients.

Megan Watt received a Bachelor of Arts in American Theirtory from Barnard College and a Doctor of Law from New York Law School.
