Kari Motz

Kari Motz, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Chuck Latham Associates, Inc. since February 2017, where past positions include Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Prior to this role, Kari held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Crocs from September 2014 to February 2017. Earlier in the career, Kari worked at Target as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources from May 2010 to September 2014, and served as Greek Life Coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2008 to 2010. Kari earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011.
