Shuqi Ong

Shuqi Ong currently serves as a Research Associate at Chugai Pharmabody Research, working in the Protein Analysis Unit since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore from January to June 2021, focusing on skin microbial enzymes during a 22-week professional internship. Ong also contributed as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Nanyang Technological University from June to December 2020, conducting a final year project on genetic engineering in Escherichia coli. Earlier research involvement includes a summer position at Nanyang Technological University in 2018, investigating novel B,N-containing aromatic molecules. Ong is pursuing a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology at the National University of Singapore, expected to graduate in December 2024, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry at Nanyang Technological University.
