Candace Richards is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and tourism industry, currently serving as the Country Manager for Chukka Caribbean Adventures since February 2019, where Candace leads the execution of the company's vision and mission to achieve key performance indicators. Prior experience includes roles such as Operations Officer and Cruise Operations Manager at Chukka Caribbean Adventures, where responsibilities involved the coordination of logistics for ship clients and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple locations. Prior to Chukka, Candace excelled as Chief Concierge at HALF MOON, delivering comprehensive guest services, and held positions as a Concierge Agent and Sales Rep at other notable establishments. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from the University of Technology, completed in 2004.
