Rusper Patel

Rusper Patel has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Rusper started their career as a Graduate Engineer at AECOM in 1991 and then moved on to work as a Senior Structural Engineer at ESA Consulting Engineers, where they specialized in structural and geotechnical design. In 1999, they joined Leighton Asia as a Senior Site Agent, overseeing the construction engineering of a luxury high-rise hotel and casino resort. Rusper then worked at various positions in HLG Contracting, including Deputy Project Director and Design and Engineering Manager, where they managed projects such as an aircraft maintenance facility and a high-rise institutional facility. Rusper later joined SRG Limited as a Project Director, leading the construction of LNG post-tensioned tanks in Kuwait. In 2021, Rusper became the Director of Practical Project Management FZ LLE before joining Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited in 2022 as the Head of Engineering, where they focus on transforming the technical department and adding strategic value to projects. Throughout their career, Rusper has demonstrated strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to handle challenging circumstances.

- From 1987 to 1991, Rusper Patel pursued a BEng(Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.

- Between 2001 and 2003, Rusper Patel attended the University of Reading, CEM, where they earned a PgD in Arbitration.

- In 2006, Rusper Patel enrolled at the University of Reading, CEM again, completing an MBA with a specialization in Project Management and Real Estate Development in 2010.

- Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Rusper Patel is pursuing a Master's degree in Laws (LLM) with a focus on Construction Law and Mediation at Robert Gordon University.
