Fabio Zon

Fabio Zon is a fermentation scientist at Chunk Foods, where responsibilities include assembling the first laboratory, initiating product development, and currently focusing on scale-up efforts. Previously, Fabio served as an information technology manager at Gente del Sol, successfully redesigning the company website and managing IT infrastructure. Additional experience includes consulting for Elron Electronic Industries, interning at the Weizmann Institute of Science, and advising Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires on clinical trials. Academic qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Buenos Aires, additional entrepreneurial studies at Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution.
