Christian Miranda

Christian Miranda is an Associate Scientist in Fermentation at dsm-firmenich since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in the fermentation science field. Previously, Christian held various positions at bp from March 2008 to January 2021, including Senior Research Associate, where responsibilities included designing and conducting microbial strain evaluations for enzyme and organic acid production, and Research Associate, focusing on yeast strain evaluations for biofuel development. Additionally, Christian served as Process Development Associate, overseeing a team in the fermentation lab. Prior to bp, Christian worked as a Research Technician I at Biosite, managing clinical sample storage and supporting laboratory testing. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from California State University San Marcos.
