Daniel Melski, CFA has over 15 years of experience in finance and investment management. Daniel began their career in 2003 as an Investment Associate at Girls and Boys Town. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Manager of Pension & Investments at Johnson & Johnson, where they assisted with managing the company's investment portfolio.
In 2009, Melski joined Marsh and McLennan as Director of Corporate Finance and Investments. In this role, they evaluated and executed capital market projects, managed bank and credit rating relationships, and oversaw cash flow forecasting.
Since 2012, Melski has worked at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc., where they have held various roles in the finance department. Daniel started as an Assistant Treasurer, responsible for developing financing plans and managing capital market activities. Daniel then became Treasurer, overseeing interest-rate risk management and global working capital. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, enhancing the company's banking relationships and managing all aspects of corporate capital markets activities.
Daniel Melski, CFA, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Creighton University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1995 to 1999. Daniel's educational journey began at Omaha Central High School, where they completed their high school education from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Daniel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
