Stephanie Parcus

Stephanie Parcus serves as the Head of Global Compensation at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Compensation Director at Willis Towers Watson from July 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team to provide consultative partnership in compensation matters across various business segments and corporate functions. Previously, Stephanie was the Global Variable Compensation Director at Ingersoll Rand from January 2014 to July 2019, responsible for developing variable compensation strategies affecting approximately 10,000 employees globally, and served as the Regional Compensation Leader focusing on the Latin America region. Earlier experience includes positions as Sr Compensation Consultant at Allegion US and as a Compensation Consultant at WellPoint. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and Psychology from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
