Mandy Skinner

Mandy Skinner (nee Hirons) currently serves as the Global Head of Compensation at White & Case LLP, where strategic and operational support on global compensation is provided. Previously, Mandy held various roles at Deloitte UK from 1998 to April 2018, including HR Director positions that focused on operations, reward, and management information, as well as coaching high-achieving individuals and executive teams. Early career experience includes positions at Gillman & Soame and Wadworth Brewery. Mandy holds a Psychology degree from the University of Portsmouth and an MCIPD qualification from the Southampton Institute.
