Yenise Peralta - Gphr

Yenise Peralta, a GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources), has a wealth of experience in various HR roles. Yenise has most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Church Hill Classics/diplomaframe.com since March 2023.

Prior to that, Yenise worked as a Partner and Chair of the Board of Trustees at HR Evolution Consulting, providing leadership and guidance for the organization's overall governance and strategic direction. Yenise worked closely with the CEO to support employees and optimize relationships between Trustees and staff.

Yenise also served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at ModernMD Urgent Care from January 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at True Health Care from January 2014 to January 2022. Yenise's career started at All American Home care, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from October 2011 to January 2014. In this role, they provided administrative services and guidance to managers and employees.

Yenise Peralta - GPHR has a diverse education history. Starting in 2013, they attended Borough of Manhattan Community College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. From 2015 to 2017, Yenise pursued their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a focus on Management Science at Capella University. Following this, they proceeded to Fordham University from 2018 to 2020, earning an MBA in Business Administration & HR, specializing in Global and International Human Resources administration.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Yenise Peralta - GPHR has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2021.
