Angela K. Bailey

Angela Bailey joined Church Mutual in 2001 as benefit specialist. She was promoted to manager — Personnel Services in 2003 and Human Resources manager in 2006. In 2015, she was promoted to vice president – Human Resources. In June 2021, she assumed the role of vice president – HR operations. Bailey assume her current role in January 2022.

Bailey earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics in 1993 from the University of Wisconsin — La Crosse. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2002 and a master's degree with a human resources concentration in 2012 from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Bailey is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management and has previously served as president of the Central Wisconsin Society for Human Resource Management.

She is a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Merrill, Wisconsin.
