Abijita Debata

Abijita Debata has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 with an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Abijita then worked as a Market Researcher at Savitz Research Solutions from June 2010 to February 2012. From May 2014 to May 2015, they worked as a Database Manager at Saakam. Abijita then joined CareStar as a Payroll Analyst from March 2016 to July 2017. Currently, they are working at the Cincinnati Museum Center, starting as a Payroll Manager in July 2017, and progressing to Director of HR and Payroll in July 2020, and currently serving as the Senior Director of HR and Payroll since November 2021.

Abijita Debata holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. Abijita obtained this degree from 2008 to 2010. Abijita also has a Masters degree in Economics from Jobs for Politics and Economics, earned between 1998 and 2000. In terms of certifications, Abijita is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certified by SHRM. Abijita also holds additional certifications in Nonprofit Accounting, Data Management and Visualization, and Financial Management. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Data Analysis and Interpretation from Wesleyan University and Payroll Specialist training from ADP.
