Randall W. Oja

Randall Oja joined Church Mutual as senior actuary in September 2011. He was promoted to assistant vice president – senior actuary in January 2016, then to vice president – Broker Underwriting in January 2019. Oja took on the role of vice president – Social Markets Underwriting in February 2020. He assumed his present position in May 2021.

Oja earned his bachelor of science degree with a mathematics major and finance minor from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 1990.

He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Oja is also a member of the University of Wisconsin — Eau Claire advisory board for its actuarial program and the university liaison for the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Oja attends Saint Andrew Lutheran Church in Wausau, Wisconsin.
