Stephanie I. Lynn

Stephanie Lynn joined Church Mutual as an actuarial consultant in May 2014. In February 2016 she was promoted to assistant actuary and in April 2017, ERM director. In February 2019, she was promoted to ERM director/actuary, and in February 2020, ERM senior director/actuary. Lynn was promoted to vice president – of enterprise risk management in November 2021. Her responsibilities include oversight and strategic direction of the organization’s Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity programs, including the negotiation and management of corporate reinsurance and insurance contracts.

Lynn earned her bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She also earned two professional designations, Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) in 2016 and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) in 2017.
