Graham Owen currently serves as the Pastor of New Testament Church of God in Basingstoke since September 2000, leading a culturally diverse and growing congregation. Graham was ordained as a Bishop in April 2011 and has been involved in various leadership and facilitation roles within church ministries, including the Basingstoke Faith Leaders Forum and the New Testament Church of God Leadership Training Centre. Contributions include writing for the Basingstoke Gazette’s "Thought For The Week" section and facilitating courses on faith and ministry.
