Kathy Green

Kathy Green is an experienced professional in the field of English language education and refugee sponsorship. Currently serving as the Colorado Refugee Sponsorship Program Manager at Church World Service since April 2024, Kathy previously held the position of Community ESL Program Director at the Community College of Aurora from April 2022 to April 2024. Kathy's extensive background includes various roles at Frederick Community College, such as Assistant Director of ESOL, ESL Program Manager, and English Language Instructor from March 2015 to June 2021. Additionally, Kathy has worked as an English Language Fellow at Irkutsk State University and Sylhet International University, and as an EFL Teacher at Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University. Early career experience includes private ESL tutoring at Westtown School and English language instruction at Global LT and iSponge English Academy. Academically, Kathy holds a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
