Amy Schwoeppe

Amy Schwoeppe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Churchill Downs Incorporated since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Roadhouse from April 2019 to November 2023, where they held the roles of Manager, Learning and Development and Manager, Creative Services. Amy also worked at Jaggers Restaurant as part of the Franchise Support Team from January 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Manager, Client Services at Fulfillment Concepts, Inc. from March 2000 to September 2012. Starting their career, they worked at Action Graphics, Inc. as Client Relations/Estimating from January 1992 to February 2000, and at Tumbleweed Restaurants, Inc. as an Assistant Manager from June 1992 to June 1998.

Amy Schwoeppe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville in 2018. Amy also holds additional certifications, including being a Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index and an Associate Professional in Talent Development from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute, which they obtained in February 2019.
