David Arnold

David Arnold has a strong background in IT project and program management. David currently works at Churchill Downs Incorporated as the PMO Director of IT Business Development, where they oversee the design, procurement, and deployment of IT systems for new properties and acquisitions. Prior to this role, they served as a Program Manager and Project Manager at the same company, managing various IT projects such as technology build-outs, casino expansion, and network segmentation. Before joining Churchill Downs, David held positions as an RTLS Program Manager at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. David also worked as a Program Manager at HP, where they managed the implementation of RTLS systems in VA hospitals and data centers. Additionally, David has experience as an IT Program Manager at RxCrossroads and as a Project Supervisor at UPS. David is also a member of the Project Management Institute and previously worked as a Network Administrator at DSSI.

David Arnold obtained an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University from 1995 to 1997. David later pursued a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science at Sullivan University from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications including ITIL v4 Foundation, SUAS (Remote Pilot) Rating, Private Pilot Glider Rating, A+, and PMP (Project Management Professional).
