Jack Sours

Jack Sours has extensive experience in the gaming and casino industry. Jack has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Currently, they are the Corporate Vice President of Gaming Operations at Churchill Downs Incorporated. Prior to this, they served as the President and General Manager of Presque Isle Downs and Casino. Jack also held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Oxford Casino, where they played a key role in its opening and subsequent sale to Churchill Downs Inc. Before that, they served as the President and General Manager of MTR Gaming, overseeing the operations of a casino, hotel, and thoroughbred racetrack. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Isle of Capri Casinos, where they served as Vice President and General Manager and Senior Director of Finance. Jack also worked at PwC as an Associate Analyst.

Jack Sours obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University in 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university, which they completed in 1997.
