Jeanne Mulhall, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Jeanne is currently working as the Sr. Director of Human Resources - Gaming Ops at Churchill Downs Incorporated. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing human resources operations in the gaming department.

Jeanne also worked as a Recruiter at National City Bank, recruiting for a large organization with multiple branch locations.

Jeanne began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Humana, where they sourced applicants, coordinated interviews, and handled new hire paperwork.

Jeanne Mulhall, SPHR completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Campbellsville University between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Taylor County High School from 1990 to 1994 to receive their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2017, they obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
