Lou Frascogna

Lou Frascogna has had a diverse range of work experiences. Lou started their career as an intern at Smith Barney in 2004. Lou then worked as a law clerk at the City of Chicago in 2006 and Gunty & McCarthy in 2007. Lou joined the Mississippi Attorney General's Office in 2008, initially as a Special Assistant Attorney General and later as the Director of Gaming Division. In 2019, they joined Churchill Downs Incorporated as the Director of Interactive Compliance. Lou was then promoted to Senior Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer before they assumed their current role as the Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer, and Senior Counsel.

Lou Frascogna attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Juris Doctorate degree in Law. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended Mississippi State University and obtained a BBA degree in International Business, as well as a BA degree in Foreign Languages. In 2003, they also briefly studied at Université Laval, focusing on the French language.
