Suresh Adhikari

Suresh Adhikari is an accomplished leader in SAP business applications with extensive experience in strategic management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of SAP Business Applications at Churchill Downs Incorporated since June 2025, Suresh oversees the strategy and full lifecycle management of various SAP implementations, including SAP S4/Hana and SAP Analytic Cloud. Previously, Suresh held roles including a Digital Transformation Strategist at Cosmic, LLC, and Director of Enterprise Applications at SSW Advanced Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed SAP S4 transformations and system carve-outs. Suresh has also led global teams at Nielsen in SAP applications and has contributed to architectural design and migration strategies at L Brands. Suresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Savannah State University.
