Nicole Devlin is currently a PhD Researcher at Queen's University Belfast, where Nicole explores the impact of the Northern Ireland Troubles conflict on social identities. Nicole also serves as a Program Facilitator at Futures Without Violence, focusing on the Coaching Boys into Men Community Programme. As a Churchill Fellow, Nicole is dedicated to addressing misogyny and violence against women & girls. With previous experience as an Associate Trainer at MindWise and a Youth Worker at Dungannon Youth Resource Centre, Nicole's expertise lies in mental health, youth empowerment, and social justice. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
