Usman Shah

Usman Shah is the founder of Date Sultan, aiming to combat modern slavery in the date industry. As the Lead Diversity Consultant at Diversity Hut, Usman provides diversity consultancy services. Usman is also a Fellow of Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and founder of The Date Company London Ltd. With experience at Tarmac and Costain Group PLC, Usman is well-versed in diversity and innovation. Graduating from Kingston University, Usman holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Consultancy.
