Melanie Taylor has a extensive background in Human Resources, holding various positions in different companies over the years. She is currently the Group Human Resources Director at CHURCHILL CONTRACT SERVICES, where she has been working since May 2012. Prior to this, she was the HR Director at MJT HR Consultancy Ltd and the HR Director at Talarius. Melanie also has experience as a HR Manager and HR Recruitment and Training Officer in previous roles. She holds a degree in CIPD with a focus on Core Management, Employee Reward, Employee Resourcing, L&D, Employee Relations, People Man & Dev.
