Vanessa Evans

Vanessa Evans serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Rentokil Initial since January 2016, overseeing 31,000 employees globally and contributing to significant financial metrics including £1.8bn in revenue and a £4bn market capitalization. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various positions at RSA from January 2005 to December 2015, culminating as Group HR Director and previously managing HR operations across the UK, which delivered substantial cost savings. Vanessa's earlier career includes leadership roles at LEGO Group, Gap Inc., Adams Childrenswear Limited, and Early Learning Centre, where responsibilities ranged from global HR strategy to regional retail management. Vanessa holds a BA (Hons) in Combined Studies from Bulmershe College, University of Reading and "A" Levels from Pates Grammar School for Girls.
