Carylynn Larson

Carylynn Larson is an experienced author, independent coach, educator, speaker, and facilitator with a background in industrial and organizational psychology. Carylynn founded Rock Recovery, a nonprofit organization, and has worked with various organizations such as The Coaching Companion, Churchill Leadership Group, and the National Science Foundation. Carylynn is also an adjunct faculty member at American University and the United States Naval Academy, where Carylynn teaches psychology of leadership and group dynamics. Carylynn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, as well as a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
