Kelly Hector

Kelly Hector is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources at Churchill Living Ltd since July 2015, where responsibilities involve collaborating closely with the Board of Directors on all people-related matters and overseeing the HR function. Prior to this role, Kelly was an HR Business Partner at LV= from May 2011 to June 2015, providing consultancy to the General Insurance leadership teams and shaping key HR priorities to align with business strategies. Additionally, Kelly has experience as a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager at Woodward Nash Consulting from September 2008 to January 2011 and holds a Chartered Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
