Simone Peckhaus

Simone Peckhaus has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on executive roles. Simone has served as the Group Director Human Resources at Ravensburger since November 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director Corporate Human Resources at Wolford from December 2012 to October 2017. From April 2009 to November 2012, they worked as the Bereichsleiterin/Executive Director Human Resources at E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. Simone Peckhaus began their career at Hill-Rom Inc in 2005, where they held the position of Executive Director Human Resources, International Division, until 2009.

Simone Peckhaus pursued their education in a systematic and interdisciplinary manner. Starting in 2012 at IFW München, they completed their degree in Systemischer Coach in 2015. Following this, in 2014-2015, they attended Symbiosis, where they obtained a certification as an Employer Brand Manager. Their educational journey continued at IFW München from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Systemische Familientherapeutin.
