Rochelle McDade is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in loan processing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Processor and Team Lead at Churchill Mortgage Corporation since March 2015, Rochelle is part of the only mortgage lending institution endorsed by financial expert Dave Ramsey. Previous roles include Short Sale Negotiator, Modification Specialist, and Agent Assistant at Pacific Sun Properties, as well as positions at Cobalt Financial, America One Mortgage Group, and Providers Financial LLC, where a significant monthly pipeline of over 80 loans was managed. Rochelle's professional background is supported by a Certified Loan Processing degree from MTI Mortgage Training Institute and training in Emergency Medical Technology from Grossmont College.
