Rance Aaron

Rance Aaron, MBA has extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Rance currently serves as the Vice President of Software Development at Churchill Real Estate, where Rance oversees team management, architecture direction, and application support. In previous roles, Rance was a Senior Web Application Developer at Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and a Salesforce Administrator at Tech Impact. Earlier in their career, Rance worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Diebold Nixdorf and served in the US Navy as a Data System Technician. Rance holds a MBA from Liberty University, a BS in Computational Science from Liberty University, and an AAS in Engineering Sciences and Mathematics from San Diego City College.
