Kelly Hector

Kelly Hector has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, talent management, and recruitment. Kelly began their career at Woodward Nash Consulting as a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager from September 2008 to January 2011. Kelly then joined LV=, where they held various roles, including HR Business Partner for General Insurance and Resourcing Partner for strategic support units. During their time at LV=, they acted as a consultant to the business leadership teams, coached business leaders on employee engagement, and managed recruitment activities. Since October 2015, Kelly has been employed at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, where they started as a HR Business Partner and progressed to the Head of Human Resources. In their current role, they work closely with the Board of Directors on all people-related matters, defines and develops a People Strategy, and leads the HR function.
