Thomas McElheny

Tom McElheny is the founder and owner of ChurchPlaza, established in 1986 to support American churches and synagogues with quality products and services, which has since become a leading brand endorsed by 46 national denominations. In addition, Tom serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Sarasota Military Academy, contributing to character and leadership development for about 1500 students. With a diverse professional background, Tom has held various prestigious roles including CEO of Jordan American Holdings, founder and CEO of the American Center for Management Development, and an elected member and chairperson of the Sarasota County Public School System. Tom's military service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps included combat in Vietnam, earning notable accolades. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Lycoming College.
