Roland Gonzalez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Church's Texas Chicken since March 2023, Roland is focused on community engagement and franchise profitability. In addition, Roland is the Founder and Principal of RMG Firm, providing strategic solutions to multi-unit organizations and franchisees. Roland previously held significant roles as Executive Vice President and COO at Virtual Dining Concepts, where innovative delivery-only restaurant concepts were developed. Roland's past experience includes leading global operations and brand strategy for Restaurant Brands International, overseeing standards for Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes, and transforming operations in Latin America and the Caribbean during tenure at Burger King Corporation. Roland holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with further executive education at Harvard Business School.
