Tim Waddell

Tim Waddell currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of International Business at Church's Texas Chicken since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President and Managing Director of International Development at Inspire Brands from August 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing growth for several major brands and overseeing the opening of over 800 new restaurants globally in 2021. Tim also served as Vice President of International Development at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen from 2008 to 2017, achieving significant growth and securing numerous development agreements across various international markets. Earlier in career, Tim was the Director of International Business Development at JHoldas Group and LW Scientific, contributing to business development and expansion in multiple regions. Tim earned a degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and holds a post-graduate degree in Chinese Culture and Language from Sichuan Union University.
