Corbin Gass is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience since June 2015 as the Director of Food and Beverage at Chuy's Restaurants, where previous roles included Culinary and Beverage Operations Manager and Management. Prior to this, Corbin served as Operations Manager at The Funky Door Bistro & Wine Room for approximately eight months and worked as a Management & Corporate Trainer at Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc. from August 2013 to October 2014. Corbin holds a degree in Business Economics from Austin College, earned between 2008 and 2012.
