Eric Hartman

Eric Hartman has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at Chuy's Restaurants since July 2017. Prior roles include General Manager at Sullivan's Steakhouse and Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, Ltd., and VP of Operations at Barley & Board LLC. Eric Hartman also held the position of Area Director at Texas Land Cattle Steakhouse and founded Emo's, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Eric Hartman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University between 1980 and 1984.
