Mike Molestina has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations. Mike most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations at Chuy's Restaurants since July 2018. Before that, they served as an Area Director at Chuy's from February 2010. Prior to joining Chuy's, they held the role of VP of Restaurant Operations at TBB America (BoomBozz Restaurants) from May 2008 to September 2011. Mike also served as Regional Vice President of Operations at O'Charley's from February 1989 to October 2007.
