Prior to that, Chris worked as the MIS/CAD Manager at Moore Twining Associates, Inc. from November 1993 to March 1998 and as a CAD Operator at Fresno County Housing Authority from July 1990 to November 1993. Chris holds an educational background from Fresno City College, where studies took place from 1990 to 1992.
