Paola Truque

Paola Truque holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Santiago de Cali, earned between 1998 and 2006. Since December 2018, Paola has been working as an Organizational Development Analyst at CIAMSA, where responsibilities include developing training and wellness programs, executing and monitoring initiatives, enhancing employee satisfaction, and aligning programs with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Paola served as an Analyst of Wellness and Development at Sociedad Portuaria Terminal de Contenedores de Buenaventura S.A. from May 2010 to December 2018, and as Human Management Secretary at SEGURIDAD ATLAS LTDA from January 2007 to April 2010.
