Marilina Mendez has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Analista de Desarrollo Humano & Organizacional at Pan American Silver Corp. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Marilina worked at Yamana Gold Inc. from November 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Asistente RRHH and Asistente de Capacitacion y Desarrollo.
