Brent Rivard

Brent Rivard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brent is currently serving as the Managing Director at Pathfinder Partners, LLC since November 2008. In addition, they are the Co-Founder of Resonance Equity Partners since January 2021 and the Board Member/Owner of ConTemporary Locums, LLC since December 2022.

Brent has also held various leadership roles in different organizations. Brent served as the CFO of Ciari Guitars from April 2019. Brent was a Board Member of Signature Analytics from September 2014 to June 2018. Additionally, they served as a Board Member/Owner of Main Path Marketing from January 2015 to May 2018 and as a Board Member/Co-founder of RelationEdge from April 2013 to May 2018.

Brent has also contributed to non-profit organizations, serving as a Board member and former Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County from December 2008 to December 2014.

Prior to their current roles, Brent held the position of President at RJL Capital Management from January 2012 to August 2012 and President at RJL Wealth Management, LLC from September 2009 to June 2012.
