Aastha Bhatia

Aastha Bhatia has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at CIBC Mellon starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Talent & Performance Leader at Rogers Communications from September 2021 to April 2023. Aastha has also held positions at companies such as Amazon, Bharti Airtel, and Bharti Infratel Limited, where they focused on various aspects of HR including talent development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Aastha also worked as an HR Consultant at KPMG, where they specialized in people and change management. Aastha began their career as an Associate Consultant at Infosys, where they focused on SAP Human Capital Management. Overall, Aastha has a strong background in HR and talent development across multiple industries.

Aastha Bhatia completed their MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Pharmacy degree in Medical from Kurukshetra University from 2006 to 2010. Aastha has also obtained several additional certifications, including a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2021, a Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers certificate from LinkedIn in 2018, and a MBTI certification in 2017. Aastha is also a Registered Pharmacist certified by the Pharmaceutical Council of India.
