Ashley Zintl

Ashley Zintl has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Ashley is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at H.B. Fuller, where they partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to develop a global talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, Ashley worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at H.B. Fuller.

Before joining H.B. Fuller, Ashley served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Allina Health, where they led the talent acquisition strategy for nursing, nursing support, and physician roles across multiple locations.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked at Aerotek as an Account Manager, where they partnered with healthcare organizations to deliver recruitment support. Ashley also held roles as a Regional Field Support Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Technical Recruiter at Aerotek.

Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated their ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver top talent for organizations.

Ashley Zintl earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies-Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
