Jeremy Hulme is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, transformation, and technology management. Currently serving as VP, Operational Excellence and Transformation, as well as Chief Administrative Officer for Client Service Delivery at CIBC Mellon since August 2019, Jeremy previously held various key roles at Manulife from 2010 to 2019, including Information Technology Portfolio Manager and Managing Director Technology. Prior to Manulife, Jeremy worked at JPMorgan Chase in several leadership positions from 1997 to 2010, focusing on technology program and project management within the Investment Bank. Jeremy holds a DPhil in Theoretical Quantum Mechanics from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Chemistry and Molecular Physics from the University of Nottingham.
