Jim Whitaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Investor & Plan Member Services at CIBC Mellon since July 2018, Jim demonstrates leadership in overseeing call centre operations. Previously, Jim held the position of General Manager for Imperial Service at CIBC, leading financial advisors to deliver exceptional service. Additional roles include Senior Manager for Wealth & Financial Consulting at CIBC and Manager of the Advisor Service Center at Fidelity Investments, where strategic recommendations were made to enhance client and employee experiences. Jim began a career at T. Rowe Price, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Associate Vice President in the Investor Solutions Group.
